Central, Utah / Blue Grouse

Harley Jackson (Host), Chef Iverson Brownell and friend Fred Lowe hunt for Blue Grouse in the mountains of central Utah. At an alitude of 7,000 feet, Blue Grouse thrive on the berries and ferns found throughout this rugid terrain. With "Sancho" a German shorthair and "Phantom" an English Setter leading the way, the guys are in for some intense hunting. With shots from the trees and shots from stylish points by the dogs, their hunt for Blue Grouse in central Utah is a great success.
