Host, Harley Jackson returns to Turkey Trot Acres in Candor, New York to hunt for the elusive wild turkey. With Luke and Kiki, two Byrnes Appalachian Turkey Dogs, flushing out the turkeys, Harley and owner Pete Clark and turkey caller maker, Marlin Watkings, get in position to call in the turkeys. Wary of predators, Harley sits quitely and in camouflage for the turkey to come into range. Pete Clark and Marlin Watkins make a successful round of calls that lures a mature hen into range. Harley makes a nice shot through the trees on a rare hen that has an 8-inch beard. Then Chef David Olson prepares a unique and delicious turkey meal in the Wild Game Gourmet.
