Host, Harley Jackson along with Chef David Olson and Nick Seifert travel to Estancia La Paz in Western Uruguay where they hunt for pigeons with expert guides of Los Gauchos Outfitters. Using decoys, the guys find these slow moving birds a little harder to shoot than they had anticipated. Changing up their shotgun shells and their tactics helps them to make better shots. Labrador Retriever, Megan and Golden Retreiver Leo make great retrieves which makes this pigeon hunt fun for both the hunter and dogs.
