Uruguay, Perdiz and Golden Dorado
Host, Harley Jackson is on the hunt for Perdiz in Paysandu, Uruguay. With English Setter, Luna leading the way these Perdiz are suprisingly hard to find in the short grass. Constantly moving, these birds are fun to hunt because each shot proves to be different. Then owner, George Criddle takes Harley to fish for the South American Golden Dorado. The Senior fishing guides call them 'Tigers of the river' for their sharp teeth and as George Criddle describes them - "they pull like striped bass and jump like tarpon". Harley and George pull some nice-sized golden dorado to the boat. Then Nick Seifert explains the importance of practicing shooting from different positions in Straight Shooting.
